A citizen has minimal rights so the loss or diminishment of any right or privilage is totally unacceptable. A citizen has essentially the rights of a freed slave. If citizens continue to be alienated from each other by the mentality cultivated by television and other media, or if they continue to fear each other, citizens will return to slavery.
