1975 Joined the Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter-day Saints; 1977-79 served a mission for The
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Idaho;
1979 Attended Brigham Young University; Feb 1980 married
Becky; Nov 1980 Nate was born; Worked with patients at
the state hospital in Utah while going to tech school;
1982 AAS in Radiography from Utah Valley State College;
1984 Chelsea was born; 1985 bought first home and Heath
was born; Worked as a radiographer at University of Utah
on weekends, tended my children during the week as Mr.
Mom, and attended night school; 1987 Amber was born; 1991
bought bigger home with horse property; 1992 bought first
horse for my wife and been expanding ever since -
currently up to 4 horses which we use for show and
competition in western pleasure, barrel racing, pole
bending, stock horse events, reining, etc.; 1992
graduated from U of U with BS in Sociology; 1996 went to
saddle making school and started a saddle/tack business;
1997 started working as an MRI tech at St Marks Hospital
in Salt Lake City; 2000 sent Nate on a mission for The
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to the
Philippines. There's still a lot out there to do,
especially with all teenagers on my hands. |
