| Cool Stuff I Did in High School |
Speech and Debate Team was fun, if not
exactly "cool." Student government was a good
intro to being a government contractor. The coolest thing
was trying to fix Mr. Cook’s classroom record player
in electronics class. We were stumped. We took it back to
him, and advised him to throw it off a cliff. He took it
outside and dropped it down the bank. It rolled all the
way to the parking lot. |

We got bored with SLO and moved to the
D.C. metro area. We’ve gotten to see the good, bad,
and ugly aspects of living in the East. I entered the
information technology industry, and now get paid to be
the picky person I have always been. We have aspirations
to return to SLO Town one day, now that we know what a
paradise it is. |
