Basic Space Clearing Procedures

Specific Techniques

Animals often like to be present during Space Clearing as they can sense or see the energy and become involved in watching it move.

Nervous pets may run away at the clapping stage but will usually return at the bell-ringing stage if you are using a good quality bell.

Breath Control. In Space Clearing you are essentially revitalizing the energy of a building, so it is important that you remember to breathe well (deeply and regularly) throughout the process to keep your own energy moving.

If other people are present, make sure they also breathe well too. As the atmosphere becomes clearer and more rarefied, people tend to get so caught up in what is happening that their breathing becomes shallower and shallower, which will make it more difficult to clear the space. Just tell them to take a deep breath if you notice this is happening.

Children. If there are children present, find a sitter for a few hours. Children and babies are usually very alert to changing energy fields and may kick up a fuss during Space Clearing.

Connection. To begin to connect with a home or office, stand just inside the front entrance, which may mean the front door of a house or the door to an apartment, or the door to a room if you (or a client) live only in a part of a house. Visualize your aura expanding to fill the entire space of the home or space. Mentally announce yourself and what you are intending to do and radiate that intention out into the space.

Direction. Work from the Bottom to the Top within each area or room. If a home is on more than one story, start at the bottom of the building and move up level by level. This is straightforward if the entrance is situated on the lowest floor. You simply start inside the front door and go (counterclockwise) around the inside perimeter of the building, clearing upward in each room or area. until you arrive back at the front door.

Energy Points. To estabish an "Energy Grid" linked to the four corners of the Ba Gua, place 4 identical items (4 coins, 4 crystals, or 4 rubies, etc.) at the four corners of the Office or Home. If there is a "missing corner," then one of the coins - crystals - rubies must be placed outside. This is called "Activating the Primary Energy Points."

Take the phone off the hook, shut off any cell phones, and switch any answering machines to a silent mode.
