About The Artist
Born
in Santa Monica, California,
never
far away from the sea—New York,
San
Francisco, Los Angeles—Bob worked
on
fishing boats as a youth, in Santa Monica
and
Newport Beach. He has fished and sailed
in
New York & San Francisco, always
remaining
close to the sea.
Bob holds a degree in advertising design from
Art Center College of Design, in Los Angeles,
where he subsequently taught design. While at
Art Center, he studied fine art under the famed
artists, Lorser Feitelson and Harry Carmean.
His career in design, took him toNew York and
San Francisco, where he also painted and exhibited:
N.Y. = Lexington Gallery, 5th Street Gallery,
International Paper Co.
S.F. = Maxwell Gallery, Phineas Fogg Gallery,
S.F. Press Club.
L.A. = L.A.County Meuseum of Art,
Marina Fine Art Show,
Lisa's Gallery, Dion Gallery.
The
