M U S I C

Well I still got my list. Now I know a lot of people won't agree with the stuff I've posted in the dislike column, but this is my site and I am entitled to my opinion. If you're intrested in exactly what I listen to, here's a list of all my Cd's.

  • Mortal - At the top of the list because they've impacted me more then any other band.
  • The Violet Burning - why couldn't I have heard them years ago?
  • Lovetree - Listen to Drum and Bass, Drumm in bass is good for you!
  • Like David - They've gone through many many members, but they still rock.
  • Antidote - I like their Music a lot, but also Jorge Goyco made the most Creative Bible tracks I've ever seen.

  • MTV - I stopped watching MTV about four years ago; it was bad then but it's HORRIBLE now.
  • Ho-Bag rap - 'lie back and close your eyes and imagine your tongue between my thighs....'
  • Boy Bands - Need I say more?
  • Politcal Punk Rock - I don't hate it as much as I used to but I still think that Anarchy is a joke.
  • Creed - Bet you didn't expect to see that, but I don't think highly Christian's making secular music. It's a very dangerous road to walk on (can we say 'u2'?)

Here are some of my favorite quotes regarding music

"The ministry of music has been underrated for to long." -Lamar Boschman

"One thing that I've learned is that musicians are prideful people." -Pastor Tom (Youth) Harvest Christian Center, Turlock

"If you're playing your Bride CD more than you're reading your Bible, you need to put away the CD" -Dale Thompson of Bride

"My Beliefs are such a part of my life that it's not like when I put the guitar down or pick it up I could be some kind of different person." -Aaron Guerra of Tourniquet
