Dolphincraft Specialties
· Life Guarding- Pretty much self explanatory. Life guarding is preventing accidents on beaches, and, when called for, saving the lifes of endangered swimmers.
· Antiquities- Researching what the ancients left behind, and/or shipwrecks and other items found in the sea believed to be old.
· Cartography- Studying, fixing, cleaning, making, and taking care of the numerous maps around the dolphinhall.
· Navigation- Also a seacraft specialty, it's guiding a boat around Pern skillfully.
· Search and Rescue- Finding and rescuing shipwrecked or otherwise lost-in-the-water folk/items.
· Instruction- Exactly as it seems...teaching!
· Exploration- Exploring Pern's waters to help map out currents, water hazards, and islands.
· Dolphinhealing- Cross-crafting with the healers, this specialty involves the healing and general care of dolphins.
· Dolphinsinging- Cross-crafting with the harpers, this specialty involves writing down the numerous songs and stories of the 'phins.
