With Einziger, Pasillas, Kilmore and Kenney detonating with 'Megalomaniac' and heads bobbing in front, Incubus look hard as hell. This is no illusion. With their emblematic fearless creative energy, uncanny sense of dynamics, high-wire eclecticism, dub breakdowns; a bit of wah-wah guitar played through a Leslie speaker cabinet; a jungle interlude where the snare and high-hat groove like Memphis; some intricate, jazzy drumming – finessed, mind you, while Pasillas is preventing the whole thing from spinning out of control – and then Einziger's fabulously freaky guitar workout - stick out on this otherwise modern-rock-tabolous bill like an erection at an eunuch's convention.

On a whole, Incubus have paid their KL fans a big huge tribute, and the zealous cheer as they exit the stage right thank them very much for coming.
