Bessie is a very complicated cow. She loves to travel and see the world, but she often misbehaves along the way. After her childhood, she was packed up and put in a box for many years. We think this has contributed to her attitude. Once she was rediscovered and began her traveling adventures, she developed a bit of an ego. She knows she is now the star and nothing she does will put her back in a box.
But usually Bessie is well behaved. Sometimes though, we learn some unexpected things along the way. Here are some examples:
We learned in Holland that Bessie is lactose intolerant.
