When Jamie filled Jack, Gabe, and Jen in on everything that Madison did to her and Shane, and Jack filled her in on the whole "Miss Wright" story, they decided to call Shane Marx because they knew that he could help a lot too. Jen could see the pain in Jamie's eyes. She knew that Jamie hadn't seen Shane since they were kidnapped and that Jamie promised Madison that she wouldn't ever see Shane again so both she and him wouldn't get hurt again. It was hard for Jamie because she really loved Shane.

Jamie called Shane and explained everything. He told her that he would be over right away. In the 10 minutes that they all waited for Shane to arrive, they were in complete silence. Jamie, hoping that she and Shane would not be hurt again and hoping that she could maybe help get Lexy to safety. Jack, hoping only that Lexy was okay and that Madison wouldn't hurt her. Gabe, hoping that his friend would be okay and that Jack and Jen would be okay too. And finally Jen, who didn't know what she would do without her best friend, Lexy.

When Shane finally arrived, Jack started asking questions, right away, about where Lexy might be. The only place that Jamie and Shane could come up with was the wherehouse.

I was crying terrified for my life everytime Madison would walk into the little room that I was being kept up in.

"Will you stop crying, already?!" She asked in a whining tone.

"What do expect me to do? Jump for joy?" I asked sarcastically. "Look, if you let me go, I promise not to tell on you, I swear. Just dont hurt me."

"My main thrill in life is hurting people. Why do you think I would make an exception just for you?"

"Because, I'm too young to die. I need to live. I have a life. A nice one."

"Yeah, I bet it's nice being able to use Daddy's credit card whenever. Taking long vacations in Haiwaii. Having your annoying little friends and you're discusting boyfriend follow you wherever you go."

"What do you have against Jack and I? Oh My Gosh! I get it! You're jealous! You're jealous because you and Shane never got to be happy so you wanted to ruin Jamie and Shane's happiness. You want to make everyone miserable like you so you can have everyone feel how you feel. And now that Dakota is miserable because she cant get Jack, you want me miserable too."

"Exactly."

"You are so twisted!"

"Thank you."

"You know that Jack wont go out with her. He loves me too much. As a matter of fact, I bet you he is looking for me right now."

"In time, he'll forget about you and move on to someone else and Dakota will be there waiting."

"He wont move on unless something happens to me."

"Duh." She said like everyone else in the world knew what she was planning but me. "Jack will grieve but Dakota will be there with a shoulder for him to cry on. Ans when he gets over you, he will remember who was there for him."

I knew that there was no way out of the mess that I created for myself so I just cried. Madison left the room because she said that I was giving her a "headache" and she "couldn't concentrate". I was so scared. I just wished that I was with Jack again. So that I was safe. I wished that I had never seen Dakota and Jack together and if I had then I would have let him explain. He loved me and I'm sure that he had an explaination. But I knew that wishing wasn't going to get me anywhere. I knew somethig bad was going to happen to me and all the wishing in the world wouldn't change that.

Just then Dakota walked in. She was NOT the person that I wanted to see at that moment.

"Well, well, well...The little barbie doll is all kept up. How are you gonna get over this one?"

"Jack is gonna come save me. You'll never get away with this!"

"Okay sweetheart, keep dreaming." She said and walked out of the room.

About an hour later, both Dakota and Madison walked in. Dakota was outlining the room with some liquid coming from a watering can. I then recognized the discusting scent of the liquid. It was gasoline!

"Okay." Dakota said walking up to Madison. "I outlined the whole wherehouse with this gasoline. Can we get this over with and leave, already?" Madison whispered a few things to Dakota and then Dakota left blowing a kiss and giving me a wave good-bye.

"Well Lexy, it's been fun." Madison started. "But, I'm afraid that this needs to end. I have places to go, people to be."

"So you're gonna let me go?" I asked excited.

"No such luck, sweet cheeks." She said pulling out a lighter. My eyes got wide as I realized what she was going to do to me. The lighter suddenly had a flame and Madison dropped it into the gasoline line. She stood in the doorway and waved good-bye. And then she was gone. The fire was spreading fast throughout the room and I knew it was the end for me..................
