Colonel Parnell, the boss of Parnell
Detective Agency, Paradise City, receives a letter from an old frog
farmer, Frederick Jackson, who reminds him that his son, Mitch Jackson, served
in Parnell's regiment in Vietnam, and had posthumously won the Medal of Honor
for bravery. And now, Mitch's son, Johnny, had disappeared. Dirk Wallace,
one of Parnell's operators, is given the assignment, which looks simple enough,
until Wallace arrives at Searle, a small gossip-ridden town, where Frederick
Jackson has his frog farm. Dirk learns that Frederick Jackson had been murdered,
his farm ransacked and someone was showing an unhealthy interest in buying the
frog farm. The canned frog legs turn out be an efficient means for
transporting drugs... Dirk also comes to know that Mitch had not quite
been the hero as made out to be, but a degenerate drug peddler. A
search is launched for the missing grandson, Johnny.....but is Johnny a boy or a
girl??
