      Farell Brannigan, President of the National Californian Bank,  builds a new bank at Sharnville, and touts it as the safest bank in the world - thanks to the electronics wizardry of young Larry Lucas. But Lucas is blackmailed by Edwin Klaus, a man with a pathological hatred for Brannigan. In love with a young beautiful reporter, Glenda Marsh, and prepared to sacrifice everything for her, Larry  manages to trap the blackmailing crooks inside the bank. However, he receives instructions from Brannigan that the trapped thieves must be allowed to escape. More surprisingly, he discovers that Glenda is actually Brannigan's mistress....
