    "Fear is the key that opens wallets", says a Seminole Indian, Poke Toholo, to Chuck, a wastrel and his beatnik girl, Meg. Thus,  a plan is cooked up - threaten the rich of Florida's Paradise City into submission and make them pay for 'staying alive'.  A few of the rich do not take the trio seriously enough - they are killed and others soon fall into line. The three of them soon unleash a reign of terror in Paradise City. But they had not reckoned on old Mehitabel Bessinger, a rum-dum crystal gazer, who can make some rather accurate predictions after a bottle of Cutty Sark scotch whiskey is presented to her....
