½ cup butter 1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons unsalted almonds, finely ground ¼ teaspoon almond extract

Blend honey and butter together with food processor or mixer. Blend in almonds and extract. Spread on cornbread, scones or popovers. Refrigerate any remaining spread.
