"Mandy, this is Ciati, Ciati, this is Mandy." I smiled "Nice to meet you Mandy." She nodded "Likewise." I got in the back of the car and buckled my seat belt. Nick hopped in the front and turned the radio on and we started driving towards his house.
When we pulled up in front of his house, my jaw dropped. This house was huge. I mean, a lot bigger than the apartment that Kevin and I shared. But it was also bigger than Carlie's house and she had nine people living in her house and Nick only had himself and his pugs. This house was amazing. Nick looked at my face and chuckled. "Come on, let me show you to your room." I followed him into the house and up the stairs. God and i thought this house was beautiful on the outside, it was gorgeous on the inside.
"This is your room." Nick said when we stopped in a room. I gaped at the room. This room was bigger than my room, Kevin's room, and the computer room all put together. It was also very beautiful. "This room is amazing." I said still looking around. "Well, since I've already given you a tour, get unpacked and ready cause you, me, mandy, and the guys are going out to dinner tonight. I nodded while Nick walked out and shut the door. Wow, this was going to be a great week.
I walked down the stairs a little unsure of myself. Nick had told me to look nice but I'm not really used to getting dressed up. I was wearing a long black skirt with slits up both sides and a baby pink tank top. I also put my hair up halway with butterfly clips around it with the hair not up curled out. I even put on some make up. Not much because I don't personally like make up but a light pink eyeshadow with light pink lip gloss. This was definantly not me.
But still, I walked down those stairs. Slowly because my shoes were pretty tall. But I walked down holding my jacket where I could hear Nick and the guys talking and laughing. I also heard some female voices. The other guys probably brought their girlfriends as well. I walked into the room and all their heads turned and look at me.
Nick stood up and walked towards me. He grabbed my hand and said. "You look great Ciati." He turned towards everyone else "You guys remember Ciati right?" Brian and Aj nodded. "Ok well, Ciati, this is Kevin, Kevin's fiance Kristen, Howie, Brian's fiance Leighanne, and that's Aj's girlfriend Amanda, guys this is Ciati."
"Nice to meet you guys." "You too." They all said. "Well, are we ready?" Nick asked while helping Mandy up. The other guys nodded and walked towards their girlfriends. I felt a little left out as we all walked to the car. Here everyone was with their hands in someone else's and then there's me. When Nick grabbed Mandy's hand I could've sworn she glared at me but I brushed it aside. I can't hate her. I have to be friends with her, she's Nick's girlfriend.
"So Ciati, tell us about yourself." Brian said while we all sat around the table. "um, ok. My name is Ciati Walker but I think you already figured that one out. I'm 18 years old, a senior in highschool. I live in Kansas City, Missouri with my brother Kevin. I like to shop, I like to sing and listen to music, and I like to dance. That's about all there is to know about me. I'm boring."
"Ciati. How did you meet Nick?" Mandy asked snottily. Man, she's getting on my nerves! No wait Ciati, get over it. Be nice, be nice, be nice! I smiled sweetly. "I met him at a concert." She didn't look impressed "So let me guess, you were throwing yourself at him?" I choked on my water. "That's hardly what I was doing. I didn't even want to meet him thank you very much! He found me." Brian laughed, dispite the tension "Someone didn't want to meet Nick? Wow, it's a miracle. Let me be the first to shake your hand." He held his hand out. Leighanne elbowed him. "Brian!" "What?" I started laughing and shook Brian's hand. "I'm never washing this hand again." Brian exclaimed. We all laughed.
I changed into my pjs and gently folded my comforter back. I hopped in and turned the tv on. *knock* "Come in." Nick walked in and sat on my bed. "I'm sorry about tonight. Mandy's usually not that mean, she's just jealous I guess." I sighed "But why? It's not like I'm here to steal you away from her." "Well, you try and tell her that." "No thanks. She'll probably bite my head off." He laughed. "So to make up for tonight, do you want to come to our video shoot tomorrow?? I promise, there will be no Mandy." I laughed "Sure. Sounds like fun." "Good. Goodnight Ci." He walked towards the door "Night Nick."
He walked out and I settled down in my bed. I turned off the tv and went to sleep.
