To walk the Labyrinth,  you enter the yellow path, the Solar Plexus (3rd Path). This is the place of your Self Esteem, of integrity, and the intuitive side of your nature.  It is also where you feel your fears: of rejection, of abandonment, of criticism.  This is where you can move into spirituality and go beyond the old beliefs  that limit you.  This is the place of Honor where you keep your promises, not only to others but also to yourself.  This is where you learn not to judge or criticize.  Every thought you have is important.  You may say "Through my Third Chakra, I will let go of all thought-forms and behavior patterns that interfere with my healing."  You may also say, " I am courageous.  I am powerful.  I am confident. I am safe.  I am free of fear." Name whatever fear you have.  Then say. "I am ready to move on spiritually." 

The Third Path leads into the Second Chakra,  the Orange Path which is in the sexual or genital area.  Here you have how you feel about your sexuality. It is also the place of creativity where you give birth to ideas.  You actually have creative abortion when you do not allow your ideas to manifest.  Your relationship to power may show in your need to control people, circumstances or events. This is also the place of competition and your relationship with finances.  You may  have issues about your childhood, but  you also have the capacity to nurture and also be nurtured  Sacred ritual is important to this Chakra.  You may say, "I am in control of my life.  I am financially secure.  I am true to myself.  I am creative."

The Second Chakra which is the Root Chakra  leads into the First Chakra which is Red.  This is the place of fight or flight  This is where your superstitions, your belief regarding time and space, your culture, your sociological  understandings reside.  This  is where you have taken on the Group Mind.  In order to move out of thoughts of limitations, you may move to Self Creation where you discover what you personally believe.  The Tribe was meant to keep you safe but not  to develop your individuality.  You may say, "I release my old limiting beliefs (name them specifically).  I am responsible for my Spirit.  I release myself from the group Mind.  I trust 
myself."

After clearing the lower Chakras, you move to the Fourth Path which is the Heart. The color is green.  This is the Center of Power of the body.  All of the higher Chakras (4,5,6,7, 8) are commanded by the first three chakras unless you are already Self-empowered.  The Heart shows how you feel: envy, jealousy, ecstasy, expectation  Self healing requires self love.  This is the place of personal power, of forgiveness  The Resurrection/Ascension is where you understand there is nothing to forgive.  You are not a victim and there is no one to blame.  This is the higher order of consciousness.  The Honor Code here  is physical as well as energetic.  There is no judgment or destructive thought, no jealousy or blame.  Forgive yourself for being dishonest with others as well as  with yourself.  Forgive yourself for not taking care of yourself.  The Heart will
not lie.  Say "I forgive myself for not honoring myself.  I forgive others for what has happened in my life.  I am not a victim.  I blame no one. I am love.  I am compassion.  I am forgiveness."

 The Fourth Chakra  goes into the Seventh Chakra, the Crown, where the color is purple.  This is the place of your spiritual bank account.  This is where your guidance is given to you.  Trust that your needs will be met.  Caroline Mysss says, "The Divine comes in humble ways.  What looks to have power doesn't.  What appears not to have power does.  Truth comes in softly."  Your attitude can change your whole life.  Release yourself from your Mind.  Follow the Light, the Guidance from this Chakra.  Visualize the color purple path and say, "I trust my guidance.  I am Light.  I will be used as I need to be used."

The Seventh Path or Crown Chakra leads into the Sixth path which is the Third Eye. The color is Blue-Purple or Indigo. Buddah is the great teacher of this mental field. This is where you create your own reality.  This is where you pursue knowledge.  It is the place of wisdom and your capacity to use wisdom.   The gift here is to identify what powers you have.  Acknowledge your strengths as well as your weaknesses.  Recognize your truth with integrity and dignity. Visualize this Indigo Sixth Path and say"  I am wisdom.  I create my reality.  I acknowledge my strengths and my weaknesses.  I am fully conscious."

The Sixth Path leads into the Fifth Path, which is  the Throat Chakra.  The color is Blue.  This is the place of the Will.  It is the place of choice .  Here you learn to speak your Truth, for it is the place of honesty.  This is where you acknowledge your strengths as well as your weaknesses.  The essence of this Chakra is Faith which leads you to surrender . You may learn to make no judgments and have no expectations.  You may give up your need to know why things happen and trust that the unscheduled events of your life are a form of spiritual direction.  Then you may have the courage to follow your guidance.  Visualize the color blue as you say." I release all judgment.  I am honest.  I am clarity.  I am decisive.  I speak only Truth. I surrender to Divine Guidance."

The Fifth Path leads into the Center of the Labyrinth which is the Higher Self.  This is where all is one, where you honor yourself and you honor others.  You surrender your Personal Will to the Divine Will because you know Love is Divine Power.  Here you seek only TRUTH and you live in the present moment.  Close your eyes and breathe truth into your being as you allow yourself to go into as deep a meditation as you can.
