Following the events of Civil War II, the younger members -- Ms. Marvel, Nova, and Spider-Man -- left the Avengers and set out on their own as the Champions. Their membership depleted and funding from Stark Industries having dried up, Captain America recruited the new Wasp and Hercules, and the Avengers moved into Parker Industries' New York headquarters, the Baxter Building. Spider-Man also seemingly rejoined, with his company providing a new source of funding for the team.
