The Jury

The Jury is can be summed up best as an organization of armored vigilantes dedicated to hunting down villains and putting them on "trial". Mr. Orwell Taylor was the father of this group with the impetus being the killing of his son Hugh by Venom. The group's first job was to hunt Venom down, but Venom got away. Spider-Man was tried for bringing Venom into this world. In the end, Spider-Man defeated the Jury, but that's not the last of the Jury. The Jury battle many including Spider-Man again as well as the Dreadnaughts, but more importantly they revolt and leave Mr. Taylor.

Jury member Screech, the son of Taylor, named Max eventually quits and becomes somewhat of the team's representative. He is replaced by a woman by the name of Jennifer Stewart, and she become the newest member Wysper. Her husband was murdered by Tarantula II, while both her and her husband were both guards at the Vault prison, but she avenged his death by breaking the Tarantula II's neck. The Jury have also created an alliance with USAgent and end up both battling against and alongside the Thunderbolts.
