BIO
Pearl had always been seen as a ditzy girl. She spent most of her time fantasizing, which was of no help to her grades in school. But she lived a fairly normal life. Made it through high school, was pretty popular, had lots of friends, all that jazz. Then, one day, her genes decided to change things up. She found out one day when she was climbing out of her window to go hang out with her friends. She stumbled and fell from the 5th floor condo window. Fortunately, she fell about 10 feet before she started hovering. She spent that night at home, thinking of all the times that her and her friends had made fun of mutants. Knowing that her friends would never accept her now, she decided to leave to join the Alpha Squadron. After a few days of nighttime practice in using her ability to fly, she confessed to her parents, said her goodbyes, and left for California.
