Emanuel was born in the city of Necronomico. His father had died a month after conception, and his mother died a month and a half after his birth. But the community of Necronomico was very close, and the community took care of him until he was able to fend for himself. The town was torn apart, most of the people would be thought of as bums, and most of the buildings should have been condemned. But the community relied on each other, and strived through that. But the community knew that Emanuel was going to be special, noticing his red iris' and his ever-dilated pupils. But when they thought he was going to be special, they'd always thought it would be in a good way.

Through his life Emanuel never felt like he was alone, and always heard voices that belonged to no faces. It wasn't until puberty that it got worse. That's when his mutancy came out. His telepathy hit strong, but it was not just telepathy. He now could see people that shouldn't have been there, ones with bad wounds and missing limbs. Emanuel could now see the dead. And, as if that weren't bad enough, Emanuel started seeing images play into a scene whenever he met someone. Horrible scenes. Emanuel would see any kind of death that had ever occurred around any person he would meet for the first time. To meet someone was to see how his cat, his mother, and his wife died, as well as how that person would die. Emanuel soon became isolated from the community that raised him, not because of their fear of mutants (which didn't exist), but because of his fear of them.

Emanuel often read old newspapers that littered Necronomico, reading the tales of the once great team, the Alpha Squadron. He always wished he could have been in the Alpha Squadron so that someone could teach him how to control his abilities, making it so he didn't see death at every turn. When he got word that a NEW Alpha Squadron was being formed, he risked meeting new people to join the team. Unfortunately, no one can help Emanuel stop the stream of death.
