500 grams of Boneless Chicken

1 can of Chick Peas - Garbanzo Beans (Safaid Cholay)
(Pre-cooked)

¾ cup of Onion (chopped)

1 tsp. of Green Peppers (Hari Mirch) (chopped)

1 tbsp. of Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) (chopped)

1 Tomato (thinly sliced - for decorating) (optional)

1 tsp. Dried Mango Powder (Aamchoor)

1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder (Pisi Lal Mirch)

1 tsp.
Garam Masala Powder

Salt (to taste)

2 tsp. Lemon Juice (Nimbu Arakh)

1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
- Clean and cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Boil chicken pieces in salted boiling water for 1 minute. Drain excess water and cool chicken in refrigerator.
- In a large bowl mix chick peas/garbanzo beans, chopped onions,
garam masala powder
, dry mango powder, green chilies, red chilli powder, salt, coriander/cilantro, lemon juice, and oil with cooked chicken pieces.
- Arrange in a serving platter or bowl. Decorate with tomato slices.
