Mayonnaise

1 tbsp. Lemon Juice (Nimbu Arakh)

½ tsp. Ground Ginger (Pisi Adrak)

Salt (to taste)

Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (fresh ground - to taste)

2 cups of Chicken (fully cooked & cubed)

½ cup Red Peppers (Saabut Lal Mirch) or Green Peppers (Saabut Hari Mirch) (chopped)

½ cup Celery (chopped)

¼ cup Onions (chopped)

4 Lettuce Leaves

4 Sandwich Bread Rolls
- In medium bowl stir together
mayonnaise,
lemon juice, ginger, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in chicken, red or green pepper, celery and onion until well blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
- To serve; line rolls with lettuce and fill with chicken salad.
