2 ½ to 3 cups of Halal Chicken (cooked & diced)

White Bread
(or any bread of your choice)

½ cup of Celery (chopped)

½ cup of Apples (chopped)

¼ cup
Mayonnaise

½ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Curry Powder

Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (fresh ground - to taste)
- Combine chicken and all remaining ingredients; mix gently.
- Spread chicken sandwich mixture on bread.
