Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (freshly ground) (to taste)
Peel cucumbers and cut into small pieces.
Add mint and 2 containers of the
plain yogurt
and the salt and pepper to taste. Mix and chill for exactly 2 hours (the salad reaches its peak flavor at this time.)
Drain off excess water and add the remaining yogurt, stir well and chill again briefly.
