  • 2 ½ cups of Broccoli Florets
  • 2 cups of Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 small Red Onion (Lal Pyaz) (chopped)
  • 1 ½ tsp. Artificial Sugar
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (freshly ground) (to taste)
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 ½ tsp. Vinegar (Sirka)
  • A dash of Worcestershire Sauce (optional - if available)


  1. Combine broccoli, cauliflower and onion. In a separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sour cream. Add Splenda, vinegar, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over veggies and toss.
