2 cups of Rice (boiled and cooled)

½ cup of Slivered Almonds (Baadaam)

½ cup Raisins (Kishmish) (soaked for ½ hour and drained)

½ cup Peas (fresh or frozen)

½ cup Green Peppers (Hari Mirch) (diced)

½ tsp. Salt

4 tbsp. Butter
- Heat a skillet with 1 tablespoon butter and stir fry almonds until golden. Set aside.
- Melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add salt and stir fry the rest of
the ingredients. When heated throughly add the almonds, mix and serve.
