Vinigar Pie
Ingrediants: 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons vinigar, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 cup water, small lump of butter, 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
How to: Combine sugar, eggs, vinigar, flour and water in a double boiler and cook until thick and smooth, stirring occasionally. Just before removing from heat, stir in the butter and lemon extract. Pour into a baked pie shell. If desired the pie may be topped with frosting or whipped cream.
