"Lauren," Brian gasped hugging her.
"Hey, what's wrong?"
"Nothing, just I feel really dumb for crying in front of you the other day," Brian confessed.
"Brian it's ok," she smiled grabbing the ball. "Let's play!"
"Get ready to lose, sucker!"
"Sure," Lauren threw the ball into the hoop. "Let's go! Ok Brian what happened," Lauren asked throwing the ball down.
"It's horrible," Brian sat next to her.
"You said that already," she laughed.
"Yeah I know," Brian smiled. "Well, you know after we talked she came back and told me I could run off with a tramp now because she wanted a divorce."
"I'm so sorry," she hugged him tightly.
"There is no tramp," tears filled his eyes once again.
"I know Brian, I know."
"Lauren how old are you," Brian asked hoping she wouldn't think he was too forward.
"I'm 20 and you're?"
"I'm 29," Brian smiled.
"Well, Brian I really have to go, I have lots of rehearsing to do and recording too." Lauren said standing up and wiping off her jeans.
"Hey, maybe I could go with you, maybe." Brian flashed her a cheeky smile and she smiled back at him.
"Sure, come on." Lauren helped him off the ground and grabbed the basketball.
"How many more tracks do we have to do Mark," Lauren sighed.
"Um, we decided we didn't like two of um and..."
"No, no," she pulled off her headset. "You guys can't cut my songs, which ones did you cut?"
"Um..I don't remember, do you Mike?" Mike shrugged his shoulders.
"Dammit! You guys suck, now I'll sing two more songs but only," Lauren looked over at Brian and nodded. "Only if Brian can sing with me, I wanna sing Open Arms."
Mike and Mark whispered among themselves then smiled, "Ok Lauren you can sing with him, who did you say he was again?"
"Brian Littrell," Lauren pulled Brian out of his chair.
"Hey you from that group you know those boys?"
"Yeah," Brian mumbled. "Lauren this is a really bad idea I mean I dunno," he whispered.
"It's fine Bri come one you'll have fun trust me."
"I trust you," Brian flashed her a weak smile.
"Ok lets do this guys," then the music started to play.
"I can't-I can't," Brian repeated then he fell to the ground.
