3. Lift rubber weatherstrip on inside of door,
to allow mirror bracket to mount to door
edge.

4. Insert clamp and with fiber pad in place
between diecast base and outside of door (to
protect finish), tighten screws securely and
replace weatherstrip as shown in figure 139.

Procedure for Installation of
Rear View Mirror Bracket
on All Model Trucks.

hand side of the body, lining up with body
contour as indicated. Center punch and drill
two 1132 inch holes.

2. Attach brackets as shown in figure 141. Do
not tighten nuts until extension mirror is
assembled in brackets.

3. Assemble extension mirror in brackets us
ing stud, lock washers and nuts furnished
as shown in figure 142.

4. Tighten all nuts and adjust mirror to suit.
5.   For Left-Hand Installation: Remove existing
mirror bracket and use existing holes in
cowl.
