While
holding the lower portion of the wheel
ring in position at the valve stem, partially
force
wheel ring into rim engaging position
with both hands as shown in figure 161,

opposite portion of wheel ring further
into position, pressing inwardly with hands
all the way around the rim, using either one
or two hands until the wheel ring is almost
seated as shown in figure 162.

The small wooden block which accompanies
the wheel rings should be used in conjunc
tion with a light hammer to gently tap the
wheel ring into its bottom position so that
outer portion of the ring is flush with the
wheel ring.
4.
Repeat operation for the four remaining
wheels.
