Episode 28:
in which the heroes encounter the crater

Summary:

The heroes barely survive a fight with a powerful carnivore, and run into the remnants of the faux-Foundary...

The death of Tenisiran creates a difficult problem: who will now take the Heart? That is answered by an ambush. Terrick the Grey, like his predecessor, takes the Heart within themselves, and the party eliminates the bandits, except for one...

What is their next step? Without any guidance, the party marches to the faux-Foundary, the closest resemblence to a Sigilian landmark.

On route, they are attacked by another mutant Grey Render, only one larger and stronger. The party manages to escape alive, but badly battered. The hunter still roams free...

They finally make it to the faux-Foundary, only to find a giant blast crater, spiralling down and deeper than any pit they have encountered. And the blast, whatever it was, did not destroy everything...
