Legal Requirements An immigrant investor must make a five year investment of CAD $ 400,000/=. They must also demonstrate a personal net worth of CDN $ 800,000/= accumulated throuhg their own efforts and demonstrate at least 3 years of management experience in a profitable and legal business. Payment Options The investment amount is CDN 400,000/=. Immigrant investors who invest this amount will receive the full return of their investment, with out interest, at the end of its 5-year term. Immigrant investors also have the option of financing a portion of their immigran investment. In the case of Quebec Program, this financing costs CDN $ 120,000/=. In the case of Federal Program, this financing costs CDN $ 130,000/=. In either case, financing is arranged by the Immigrant Investor Program at our sponsor Canaccord and guaranteed.
