valuable info to help those who are in the process of losing
or maintaining. Visit at your own discretion. I have found
the jewels on these sites and I have left the rest.
I started WW
in January 2004. I initially lost 16 lbs with weight watchers. After
returning to the field, I quit and gained back 5 lbs. I rededicated
myself to the WW diet on August 17, 2004. I lost 35 lbs in 2004 and
and dropped another 20 in 2005, then I had a lapse in will power
and gained back 15 lbs. So I went from 235 to 167 and then
gained back a bit. So now I'm starting over again.

Okay, in theory I
should be 169 by May 29th. So that's my first goal, to get
into the 160's. After I make it to 169 I'll add some more
