Dragonball Radars were used by the Red Ribbon Army(RR) and by Goku and all
his friends. The radar that Bulma made was more advanced than the one
that the RR used, because on Bulma's radar you can tell
excatly where the dragonballs are located, but the RR would locate
apporixamate where the dragonballs are located. The dragonball radar is
probably the most important tool used, because with out one, it would
be almost impossible to find the dragonballs.
