Requirments for afflitation
Must be Anime related (No exceptions)
Must have a good/original layout (Few exceptions)
Mustn't have stolen content (No exceptions)
Must update 2/3 times a week (Few exceptions)
Must have a nice webmaster (No exceptions)
Must get a reasonable amount of hits a day (Few exceptions)
