·Kami and Mr. Popo used to live there, until Kami fused with Piccolo. Then Dende became the new guardian.

·The black-star dragonballs were located deep inside the lookout, until Pilaf stole them.

·The Earth's Special Force (Z-Fighters) trained their to fight the Saiyans.

·The lookout is located above Korin Tower.

·Garlic Junior and his men took over the lookout, and spread the Black Water Mist over Earth.

·During the Garlic Junior saga, most of the battles took place there.

·Tien and Piccolo were taken there after being nearly killed by Cell.

·Gohan did his homework there, after training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

·Goten and Trunks learned to do the fusion dance there.

·It's so high above the Earth, it never gets dark up there, except when an eternal dragon is summoned.

·That's where Piccolo split into two beings, Kami, his good side, and Piccolo Daimoa, his evil side.

·That's also where Piccolo and Kami fused into Kamiccolo.

·The lookout's where Shenron was summoned to restore everyone who was killed by Cell, and to remove the bombs in the androids.

Rooms/Sections

Pendulum Room

This is one of the places where Goku was trained by Mr. Popo. The Earth's Special Force (Z-Fighters) also trained there to fight the Saiyans. The room can take your spirit, and transport into another time. The Earth's Special Force (Z-Fighters) were taken to planet Vegeta and fought two Saiyans, and all of them were spiritually killed.

Hyperbolic Time Chamber

This is another place where Goku trained. But, as a kid, he couldn't stand the constant rising and dropping of the temperature (the minimum temperature is -40 degrees and the maximum is 50 degrees) and the gravity. Inside the room, a year can pass, but outside, only a day will have passed. A person can only stay in the room for two years maximum, or the door will disappear forever. Goku later trains there with his Gohan, and Vegeta trains with Trunks to fight Cell and the androids. There, Gohan goes Super Saiyan, and Trunks, Vegeta, and Goku figure out how to go Ultra Saiyan. Later in the series, Majin Buu was tricked into fighting Piccolo and Gotenks in there, but Piccolo destroyed the door, sealing them all in. Majin Buu opens a rip and escapes. But Gotenks goes SS3 and reopens the rip, allowing them to escape.

Deep Within the Lookout

This is where the souls of the former guardians of Earth are. Kami and Mr. Popo pass through there to try and get the Sacred Water into the seven winds, to cure the people under control of the Black Water Mist. The guardians tried to stop them, but in the end, they allow Kami to pass.
