A "day" is from 06:00 - 05:59 UTC (01:00 - 00:59 EST) of the next Day, so the night is included.
When the other team is having training - or when the Server is empty in the other teams training time - entering
the server is allowed for the team not on schedule, but they have to leave immediately when asked to do so. Not
adhering will have disciplinary consequences.
