Every body wants a big Chest! The only way
to get a blossoming chest is to work for it. The entire chest needs to
be worked out from every angle and each exercise no matter how big or
small it is as important as the other.
Keep your back straight and the bar even
to prevent injury and allow equal growth on both sides of the chest. Its
not about how much you lift, its how you lift it, as form is the most
important feature when training chest.
The chest workout should contain atleast
one Upper chest, Lower chest, Middle chest and Inner chest exercise to
give an all round work out.
