In this section you can find information on training. There pictures that show you how to train and what muscles each different exercise is specifically training.

We have split the exercises into four different areas and they are as follows; Back, Chest, Arms and Shoulders!

It is important to remember that when you are doing these exercises that you dont over train. If there are more than 3-4 exercise for each body part choose the 3 or 4 exercise you are going to do and complete 3-4 set of 12-6 reps for each exercise.
