The key to working out triceps is to lock
your elbows and shoulders minimising their movements threrfore allowing
only the Tricep Muscle to work throughout the Exercise.
Different exercises need to be carried out
so that all three muscles of the Tricep are targeted, so variation in
your workout is essential.
