Angel was a good dog from the start. It did not take me a week to house break her. Playing well with the other dogs from the start. It seemed she was Trinity and Spookie's favorite Playmate; to her death.
She had a good heart. She kissed my newborn son. She would be so excited wagging her tail so that her entire body would shake as soon as she saw our son.
Just a tiny little thing she was. Two pounds at the most. She knew of her size though and stayed out from under your feet.
When summer finally came she was not happy. She would always run for the heating ducts when they would com on. What she must had of thought the first time the air-conditioning came out of that! Though somehow it did not take her long to realize when it was the air-conditioning or when it was the heat.
The loss of Angel was quite hard for me. She was such a happy girl. That morning I had her outside with our three other Chihuahua's. They were all playing in there fenced in area. Princess, my brother's Doberman Pincher was also back there. She was tied to the dog house. We kept her that way when she was outside due to her "breaking out" of the fence.
Princess was not a bad dog over all. Everydog has there faults though. She would growl at you if she had bread. This day June 18, 2001 she had some pizza crust in her dog house. As the sun went down Angel who loved to curl up with all of the other dog's went for the dog house. Princess mistakingly thought that Angel was after her pizza.
Calling for Princess later we could not find her. We thought she got off of her chain. Thoough she was in the dog house the entire time we called her. We did not find it too strange that she would ignore us now and than. We figured she was asleep. Later we found Angel with her neck broken at the door of this dog house. We knew why Princess had passively heard us calling for her.
With my newborn son, and more Chihuahua's we brought Princess back to the person my brother had purchased her from over three years before hand. My brother has kept in touch to find where she has gone to. He found that a family adopted her. She has a teenaged child takeing care of her. She has done well with them.
