Fools Motley has ceased publication, and is no longer looking for new work- but we'd like to thank our phenomenally generous contributors who have agreed to leave the vast majority of already published works on-line for your entertainment. We really can't praise them enough for all they've done for us.

So, feel free to peruse all seven issues of Fools Motley at your leisure, and we hope you have as much fun with them as we did.

(Dan has set up shop on Myspace, where you can find out what he's up to these days.)

-------------------------------------------------------

Fools Motley is an internet magazine devoted entirely to humorous works of the science fiction and fantasy genre. At present, despite the enormous popularity of such authors as Douglas Adams and Terry Pratchett, there is a real void of publications printing short stories of a similar ilk. Fools Motley Magazine seeks to fill this void by offering new and established authors a platform to showcase their talents, giving the reader access to a wonderful brand of comedy they will not find anywhere else. By bending the laws of reality, our stories exaggerate humanity's faults and point at the true humor present in our actions and the world around us.

Fools Motley Magazine has had its laugh and will be closing down on November 1, 2005.
