Hard Work Today!
I used the mold to layout the seat/bulkhead panels. Here you see one panel that will be drawn on and the others are stacked in the back. The mold is squared on the ply and ready to be traced. I will continue the side lines to the edge of the ply.
Here I have the lines drawn out (I hope you can see them).
Here we are.... I screwed the panels together and cut them out as one. My circular saw nicked the blocks I was using to support the wood, so I'm looking at a new blade. The wood shifted as I was cutting it. C'est la vie!
