"His brain doesn't work in the presence of cool shoes" - Tino on Carver, Weekenders (cartoon TV series - Disney) Copyright

Here I'm talking mostly about material on my page and who they belong to. Hopefully you won't have to read a whole bunch of useless stuff. In a nutshell, I don't steal anything and neither do you.

Notes:
1 - A little something about the fonts I've used here (also accessible from the Thanks page).
2 - Of course I'm not enough of a bigshot to have all these actually copyrighted, but it's nice to pretend you do. =) That little © symbol gives you so much authority.

I think that nearly all the images on my webpage - those which are not linked to cliques, webrings, adoptions, supports, etc. - are Copyright © Me, even if they originally came from elsewhere, I edited them to my liking. If you'd like to use any of them on your page, please contact me first!

I took down the only MIDI on the site, "Eternal Flame" by The Bangles on my journal, in July 2003. It's been there for ages and I still love the song to bits (as I always have) but I finally decided not to subject visitors to the MIDI music without them having the option to turn it off. Just for the record, I think I got it from The Ultimate MIDI page...

I'm not trying to claim rights to - or claim official involvement with - any of these awesome games, books and such that I mention on my webpage. I just have enough interest in them to want to mention them!

All written works are Copyright © Me unless otherwise stated. About ideas, people can have the same ideas, okay? But I won't excuse you if you claim right to something that was obviously my idea (and not common, not like the awards and top pics) and you don't give me credit, or mention my name. If you had the idea without even looking at my page, then say so, and contact me so that I will mention you on my page as well and say that we did not copy off each other.

Don't get it? Okay, example... say you had an idea that is something like The Weird Page. You put it up on your page. Then one day, you stumble onto my page for the first time and find I have something like that as well! I will tell you something: if I have an idea that came from somewhere else, I will say so, and The Weird Page was my idea. Don't accuse me of copying (unless it really does seem to you like I've been copying off someone), instead, e-mail me. We can put up something on our pages that declare that neither of us copied off each other.

As for the names I give to some of my features, like "Arguments" and "Funny Sentences", well, I can't exactly claim rights to them. ^^;;

If there are any more issues you'd like to discuss with me, please use The Form to tell me, or simply e-mail me. It's your choice. ;)
