I didn't even know about this video, I just managed to get it now. The video is like the song itself. Nothing really happens, strange objects are shown with a camera set to inverse mode. This causes that everything is blue and orange...

 And old lady walks with her dog among the flats, and they find a TV, with a head speaking in it. Then little Aphex headed kids pick up the TV, and start to run with it. Then a bigger creature (non-aphex headed), comes out from the TV..
