Signal From Pease Road Direction
The signal has come so persistently from the direction of Pease Road (in Maple Heights, Ohio) that this location (or direction) deserves special attention.
For the past six years or so a very intense radiation beam has been transmitting from the direction of about the middle of Pease Road on the other side of the block I live on. The person transmitting likes to terrorize me at night with loud projected noises and intense doses of radiation. He has terrorized me to no end. It is a male with a fairly deep "voice." This party is a known sex offender who has raped me repeatedly by aiming charges of radiation into my pelvic area and has made lewd verbal suggestions. Once this behavior drove me to an auto accident resulting in two thousand dollars worth of body damage to my van. The damage was inflicted by a North Randall policeman by the name of Brad DiBacco who drove straight into me seemingly on purpose and then attached the blame to me. I had been trying unsuccessfully to escape sexual harassment by the Pease Road thug by driving to North Randall (about three miles away), where criminals continued to project terroristic signals into the store I sought refuge in. I went hysterical inside the store and the cop ran into me in the store's parking lot when I tried to leave, head on. This is an example of my having been tracked over distances by a harassment signal from which I could not escape.
The party operating from the Pease Road direction (the male with the deep voice) is a primary offender who has done most of the talk about prostitution and gangs. He was in the past often on hard drugs and transmitting the effects. Police refuse to touch whoever this is, indicating either police corruption or perhaps the possibility that they are afraid of retaliation by organized criminal elements. He could easily be picked up for possession (minimum) of drugs and weapons. I have him pegged for either a professional criminal or a crooked police agent. He has been transmitting from the same direction for about six consecutive years now, day and night. I need help in pinpointing the source of this signal and bringing this party to justice.
The intense signal "seems" to emanate from the middle of Pease Road. Past Pease Road is Industrial Avenue, which contains a number of factory buildings. About half a mile in the same direction is the heart of Maple Heights, with Mapletown shopping center and also (nearby) the Maple Heights Police Department. Large numbers of blacks have moved into this area in recent years. One store in Mapletown features pagers of every description in the front window. Pagers are common tools for drug dealers. The signal could be coming from beyond Pease Road from an area closer to Mapletown, or even Mapletown itself. I can only establish the general direction so far, but because of intensity the source seems incredibly close.
Although the person in the Pease Road direction is probably the main offender (the source which hounds me day and night and which is the most vicious), signals have also regularly emanated from other directions. Other suspected operating positions:The Granger Court Apartments in back of my house. On the weekend of December 18-19, 1999, I had to call police because someone was projecting extremely intense beams from that direction at night while I was in bed. The beams produced a burning sensation when they hit flesh. On that occasion the beams were so focused that I could partly deflect them with a large mirror, which reduced their intensity only a little. These parties tried to burn my head and were threatening me with head injuries.
A point in the Garfield Heights area North West (mainly West) of my house (frequent). Marymount Hospital is in that direction but quite a distance away (over a mile).
Less frequently it comes from a South West direction (also Garfield Heights), about lining up with the Garfield Heights Police station (with respect to my house).
Basically, criminals have a small army laid out and have most directions covered. They are not limited to a single source. This is definitely organized crime carried on by a fairly large number of people. There is a virtual state of siege in my home. This is one form of physical violence, not to mention psychological terror. Although not as overtly devastating as bullets and bombs, it can maim and preclude a normal life.
