Because of the terrible nature of what I have undergone, I find it necessary to take a no holds barred approach at revelation. My apologies if anyone is unduly offended.
A main aspect of these crimes is that the ESP is often used primarily as a vehicle for pedophiles, sex offenders, and degenerate criminals in organized rings to pick up mostly young adults and molest them sexually (through the capability of the apparatus to remotely stimulate body parts), then commit indefinite stalking and torture crimes against their victims. Once singled out for victimization, a target is never thereafter let alone, in the case of the crime ring which has victimized me. They seem to regard targets as "property"--hardware adjuncts to cult activity of some kind--largely involving rings of sex deviates. I have been stalked relentlessly since 1973 by some very queer people. This is the 27th year of victimization of this one target (myself), and there is no sign of police moving in on them at all or making any dent whatsoever on their activity.
The principals are involved in the following offenses: slave trafficking (both for the cult games they play and for forced prostitution)--which includes shaking crime targets down with constant disruption so that they cannot possibly hold normal jobs and constant raping and sexual abuse of targets; ties to drug trafficking rings, professional organized crime, and street gangs; and chronic attempts to maim physically and brain damage targets with immense doses of hazardous radiation; subjecting victims to chronic mental and physical torture with the radiation and verbal transmissions.
There is no public admission by the government that the technology even exists. It has become the tool of brutal crime rings. It is not really an acceptable method of communication, having the unfortunate side effects of swelling up tissue and causing mucus releases--causing an asthma-like condition--shutting off the receiver's oxygen supply by obstructing breathing passages, as well as fever and weakness caused by radiation overexposure. There would be trouble getting it overtly approved as a communications medium, as it causes extremes of discomfort--possibly even death in the infirm. Users employ it as a torture instrument for criminal extortion. They blatantly ignore side effects, conducting relentless surveillances with it, making a Hell out of their victims' lives. The perpetrators using it are in denial about its penchant for shutting off oxygen and other rotten effects. A main symptom of being under "Control" is an inability to breath through the nose. Lungs may also be constricted, depending on where the beams are aimed. Under certain conditions, by carefully controlling direction and intensity, these effects can be minimized so as to be undetectable, but the sadistic and untrained users who have acquired the ESP tend to maximize rather than minimize bad effects, often doing deliberate torture. There are numerous other ill effects. One user tried to cause heart attack with a nervous stimulation over the Thanksgiving holidays. All kinds of awful mental states can transmit from the mentally ill, and this capability can be put to destructive use. They get a hold of pathologically depressed or anxious senders and transmit deliberately to demoralize prey. These could be abuse victims. Sometimes they send from drugged individuals. The effects transmit. The communications method creates a full telepathic transfer of thoughts, including emotional and mental states, but is basically barbaric to use on any sustained basis.

These degenerate criminals (who have victimized me) are "prostitution happy." They have made claims of condoning prostitution, of involvement in prostitution rings, of being "pimps", of membership in crime families. (Such as on one occasion stating that they were going into night clubs with no underwear on but were being thrown out. On that occasion they tortured me sadistically with radiation as an outlet for their aggression.) They have a fetish for assaulting menstruating women (used to bother me like clockwork just prior, hoping to take advantage of PMS while driving their victim crazy). They are sometimes obviously on hard drugs (less so now than formerly, since I have been publicly informing on them). They keep victims tortured at very high levels and make lewd suggestions that victims go into prostitution. They could be operating sex slavery rackets, brutally shaking down their selected prey so that they cannot function at normal jobs. I have strong suspicions that they are also operating a drug distribution Mafia. They keep claiming "gang" memberships. They obviously are a gang. Some participants sound adolescent (may be recruiting youth membership). Because of the duration of the activity, organizers are clearly chronologically (if not mentally) older adults.
I have speculated on the basis for the indefinite victimization, and it could be that it is due to some kind of tracking device or implant having been surreptitiously placed on my person, possibly through criminals in the local hospital. I had one head CAT scan done which did not uncover any implant (in 1981 at Ross, Lie, and Associates in Mayfield Heights, authorized by Dr. Grant Heller of Beachwood, Ohio). Dr. Ross, in charge of the X-ray firm, appeared in the news some years later as having been involved in a plane crash enroute to (of all places) Elmhurst, New York (same place where I had been kidnapped in 1973--See description below). Just coincidence? Ross survived the crash.
Because prior to victimization at the age of 23 I had only had two hospitalizations--both at Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights, Ohio, it is not difficult to determine where any implantation took place, if it did occur. The first hospitalization occurred for hand surgery in 1967, after my brother Bill (also an obvious victim of the same ring at that time) went berserk in the home and attacked me in the middle of my high school final exams (senior year). Which shows you how long this ring has been in operation. We are now both around 50. I was unable to attend my high school graduation. My hand went through a glass window in the tussle. The doctor who performed my hand surgery was a pediatric surgeon, Dr. Ivan P. Tewarson, a black man of Indian descent. If (and only if) he is a criminal working on behalf of this ring, he would be in a critical position to ruin the lives of still more young adults. He was at one time operating three offices in the local area, but there is currently only one office listed in the phone book (12000 McCracken Road in Garfield Heights, near Marymount Hospital).
Communicants sometimes pose as Krishnas (Krishna Consciousness devotees) and put on religious airs, even though they are really nothing but depraved murderers and sadists. (They have also made references to devil worship.) They sometimes act like religious Hindus, chanting in groups and making reference to "mantras." A few years back some of them made repeated reference to a temple of some kind. The Indian extraction of Dr. Tewarson would fit in with this. Real Krishnas are supposed to be celibate, which doesn't fit the picture. I have read about militant Krishnas in the state of California, though. I have seen quite a few turbaned Indians shopping in the Farmer's Market on Broadway in Maple Heights, Ohio, where I live. Maybe instead these particular communicants are Muslims or Buddhists (guesswork). Holding slaves is condoned by some Islamic Muslims.
When I fled to New York City to escape two weeks after I was victimized in November, 1973, it was also a black Indian (from India) psychiatrist who entrapped me in a mental ward there and sent me back to Cleveland in the custody of my mother. The City Hospital of Elmhurst in Flushing, New York, where this occurred, robbed me of all my money so that I had nothing to stay in New York with. The doctor's name was Satish Kantilal Joshi, whom I was unable to trace thereafter. I had sought an examination, hoping for a CAT scan, in the hospital emergency room after criminals kept electroshocking my head at Kennedy Airport in New York City after I got off my plane. The experience was still new and I was then naïve enough to seek help from the crooked medical profession for this. I had not mentioned anything to this doctor except complaints of migraine headache. He mysteriously kept insisting that I was hearing voices, which I had not even alluded to, indicating that he was a crooked insider.
The second hospitalization (after the hand operation) was for a suicide attempt about a year later (1968). In retrospect I wonder if I was already a victim and whether or not it was deliberately induced--in that case another attempted murder. The doctor at Marymount Hospital who handled the admission (I was unconscious at the time) was according to hospital records named Thaddeus Pogorski, an immigrant from Warsaw, Poland--then a Communist satellite. A few years back I had through listings in various physician directories traced him to Saco, Maine, where he had relocated. In the early days of this victimization, one of the perpetrators was referred to by the name Ted (short for Thaddeus?).
Because of his evolving disability (partly relating to continuous irradiation of his head with hazardous radiation and torture, both of which are also threatening me), my brother Bill has had a continuing relationship with the Brecksville Veterans Administration Hospital in nearby Brecksville, Ohio.
I think I have established one individual as having had the ability to intercept the communication, by whatever means--either by himself having a reception capability, or through association with a user, who may or may not be an evil perpetrator. This individual clumsily let on that he had been in ESP contact by referring directly to the subject matter of a telepathic conversation in a personal phone call to me, which could only have been explained by an interception capability. He seemed somehow to know of distant events almost the instant that they were happening without being on the scene, such as the transfer of my brother Bill from the Brecksville VA to the Chilicothe Veterans Hospital, about which I had received notification from the VA. The timing of his phone calls were suspicious. He always seemed to call whenever anything major happened. This was not necessarily sinister. It may even have reflected concern. But the question was how he was able to intercept these details. To my satisfaction he is definitely in on something, not necessarily as a central figure, but at least by having made some kind of contact with users of these devices. This person is John Wavrzacz at 14101 Rockside Road in Maple Heights, near the intersection of East 141 St. (my street) and Rockside, about half a mile away. He also mysteriously appeared at my side door minutes before several of my releases of information on the Internet, which was also very fishy. I have undergone a couple of severe torture interludes, after which he coincidentally called me on the telephone after a long absence. He is a hippy type individual who at one point had shoulder length hair. He tended to abuse alcohol and possibly other substances (which indicates what type of people may be getting a hold of the mind control and causing nothing but trouble). I knew him through his association with my brother Bill, who was also a victim of theirs pretty obviously. He seems to have been in some of Bill's high school classes. He also joined the Marine Corps about the same time Bill did. Bill was always pestering him with frequent telephone calls, but he seemed to take this good naturedly. When my father died, Bill invited John to my father's funeral, and he came. Some time afterward I was out in the yard working on my van and John passed by the house, dropping by. We started to become friendly at that point. Then his ability to intercept communications was inadvertently revealed (although he would never confess), my suspicions mounted, and our friendship chilled . To be more blunt: Wavrzacz is suspected of being a collaborator and of involvement with forced prostitution and drug racketeering. He appears to have organized crime affiliations. He is decidedly fraternizing with some primary perpetrators and covering up their identities (guilty of complicity). I have some personal evidence that he has collaborated in acts of torture with other drug users--all of them souped up on drugs during the commission of these acts.
Bill has spent much of his life in mental institutions because of victimization by this crime ring. He appears to have been severely brain injured by them and was denied all possibility of a normal life. Meanwhile, the perpetrators roam free--free to terrrorize and ruin others. He frequently had VA disability pension monies and was therefore approached by local pushers, who thereafter took further advantage of him.
I hate to list this kind individual as a possible suspect, but I cannot afford to leave any stones unturned. He did not enter the picture until many years after the initial victimization, but he is strangely tolerant of my renting indefinitely a property he was supposed to occupy, and I have to speculate suspiciously on what he might know without my having told him anything. His background in electronics also leaves me a little edgy.
Case Western Reserve University
This has the main university-associated teaching hospital in the area. If there are any major medical research projects in the Cleveland area, this institution would immediately fall under suspicion. Ivan Tewarson has been a surgical instructor there. It is a main hub for any medical or biophysics activity. It has the only local medical school. In the late sixties it had a liaison with Marymount Hospital. In particular, Marymount did not then have a mental health center and it sent all its mental patients to CWRU's University Hospitals. CWRU was then just Western Reserve University and was not yet federated with Case Institute of Technology to form CWRU.
In one older book I picked up, Were We Controlled? by Lincoln Lawrence (a pseudonym) (© 1967, University Books, Secaucus, New Jersey), a professor Wen Hsiung Ko of Case Institute of Technology in Cleveland in biophysics is mentioned as doing work on RHIC-EDOM (for Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Control-Electronic Dissolution of Memory) and brain implants. Wen Ko was a native of Communist China.

Excerpts From Early Notes
December 28, 1999: I have been going through old notes I have taken on these experiences. As stated previously, communicants have maintained a continuous communication (non-stop verbal communications, combined with torture)--no matter how many times or how violently I protest--since October, 1973. I took notes on these phenomena, which fill over a dozen notebooks, almost since they began. Pulling some of communicants' statements from very early notes (all below from the year 1974, near the beginning):
"You haven't the reserve to have reserve." (possible reference to Case Western Reserve University--a play on words) They also warned me "never to come near the Art Museum." I guess they meant University Circle in Cleveland.
"Carol had a dream. She dreamt that she called police." I had by mid-1974 written several police departments and the Cleveland branch of the FBI, none of whom would offer any help. The statements imply possible police collusion and collaboration. There was at one point brief mention of "Central Intelligence" (an unmistakable reference to the Central Intelligence Agency). Back in 1974 Nixon was President and facing impeachment. Maybe the government was worse than we thought.
At one point a woman queried: "Can't you see that we're racketeers, nitwit?"
There was mention of a million dollar grant. Also of having worked in "five cities."
They were working on 200 girls, finding "levels." They were breaking people down with torture methods, trying to transform people into will-less robots, and "working on the fight urge." They made mention of "mental defectives" a lot. They also thought they could make people "defect" with the radiation. They told me I would "defect." ("In another twenty years she'll be a moron," I was told by one of them. They fully anticipated brain deterioration.) In those days I thought they were joking about the duration. Surely they'd tire before then, I thought. Why such incredible time spans for the stalking? They certainly are fanatics. They tried to administer intentional brain damage with repeated severe radiation attacks. Frequently during the Summer of 1996 (and from time to time since then) the directed energy felt like nuclear fallout, and it seemed to follow me as I fled a half block down the street (forced to leave my house). These were severe terrorist attacks with weapons which emitted intense radiation almost as if they were nuclear in origin. Back in the very early stages of the victimization (circa 1974) they used to mention isotopes of hydrogen, such as tritium and deuterium. Of course I know nothing technical, and it is for me conjecture as to how they generate this power. Sometimes they seem to be aiming portable devices from nearby buildings. One building under frequent suspicion is the apartment complex behind my house (Granger Court Apartments). I am often hit in the face with focused radiation as I lay prone during sleep by these torturers, and I could swear it has been aimed from that direction. On these occasions I awaken choking, with painfully blocked and swollen breathing passages. There is also a Special Education center on Granger Road on the other side of the block. I cannot help making the mental connection between the type of clientele served by this center and a possible ready pool of prospective victims. It used to be an elementary school, which I attended in my childhood.
There was a man named Alan mentioned in
early notes as being some sort of inventor, more than once. Alan Kovach
does not look old enough to have been active at that time.
Since 1974 other parties could have entered the picture. I have done some public complaining. Needless to say, this is an extremely long time to be thus indisposed. Continuing is barbarian.
