Hi Chris,
Under PLACE select STRING and place it on your PCB drawing.
Right click on the string and select properties.
This will display a dialog box.  
Push the down button next to "TEXT" and select ".Legend".
This will display the chart on your print out.

didn't there used to exist a way of making a chart on the drill drawing that
listed the different symbols used, referenced to the hole size, plated
through status etc.????

I can't seem to find it in P99SE....
