The read only fields can only be changed in the library file with that part,
not on the schematic.
Copy the sim part from the sim library into a new library, modify the read
only fields in copied part in the library, and then use the copied part in
your schematic for simulation.

I have some problems with the Read-only Fields. In order to do a simulation
I change some fields  in the read only fields tab of the part properties
dialog and I click ok. If I double-click again on the component nothing
appears in the different read-only fields.
