July 1 Sea Scout meeting. I will be at a coaching seminar at Southern so a leader will be assigned. We may have several new members and need a program. Chelsea, if you can help Frank and Ian out with this I would appreciate it. I don't believe Rocky, Ashley or Katie will be back yet. I will ask Tom Thompson and Jim Umberger to sit in. If we can't get this rolling then we will have to cancel, which I do not want to do.
July 3rd 0900 Sailing practice
July 5th 0900 Sailing practice
July 6th Load Flying Scot and depart for Mobile
July 7th and 8th Summer Capdeville at Mobile Yacht Club
July 10th 0900 review the past weekend.
July 12th get ready for the 14th and 15th at at Gulfport and the Weatherly Capdevielle race
July 17th 0900 Sailing practice, evaluate practice sessions and schedule for the rest of the summer and practice for the Jr. Lipton July 28th and 29th at Southern Yacht Club.
For future reference Sea Scouts. In late July or Early August we will take an all day "Wolverine" combat patrol with the Navy "Wolverine" unit at Stennis
Working on time and date.
22 September is scheduled for damage control at the wet trainer in NAS Algiers. DC1 Bross will be doing this as his last training before being transferred. He has done this twice before with us and wants to make this a real thriller.
In the mean time we will be still practicing and sailing in the Capdevielle series.
I hope we can field a team of girls for the Knost but right now it does not look to promising.
I'll provide more as time goes on but this ought to keep you busy for the next few months.
Remember to bring all your stuff to sailing practice including snacks and water to eat and drink when you are out on the water. It's hot out there and we don't want to have to shut down and come in for drinky poos of water. Bring money or a lunch for when we break for lunch Everyone looked good near the end today but as you found out practice does make perfect..

Mr. John
